The prostitution ring inquiry follows the revelation that a 16-year-old girl, who had gone missing, and other young women were found at the cop's home. Federal court filings also indicate that the officer bought the girl "sexy clothes" and set her up for a "date" with older men….

Cop Arrested for Handcuffing and Raping 19-year-old

The 40-year-old police officer pulled the teen over and advised her that the car she was driving had been reported stolen.  He is charged with then proceeding to handcuff her, pat her down, and raping her in the back seat of the squad car.

The 20-year veteran law enforcement officer snooped on his own co-workers, hacked into numerous email accounts, and improperly accessed federal databases to obtain information. It was reported that 43 personal emails accounts, and as many as 30 individuals- 21 being officers- were involved.
