Bizarre, but true. A long-time police chief was charged in a criminal complaint of trying to block the acting police chief from cooperating with the FBI in a police corruption investigation.
Port Chester, New York Police Chief, Joseph Kzeminski, was arrested by FBI agents and charged with witness tampering and retaliating against a witness.
Witness tampering and retaliation has been long-practiced as the standard operating procedure in the widespread acts of corruption in the fancy area of Westchester County, New York, home to Bill and Hilary Clinton.
