Charges say cop provided alcohol and porn, and engaged in sex
State police say officer Robert Shubeck has been arrested for giving alcohol to a 17-year-old boy during their inappropriate sexual relationship. It was reported that the boy had expressed to Shubeck his interest in becoming a police officer.
Officer Shubeck was hired as a Lansford, Pennsylvania police officer in 2008 and has retained Schuykill County defense attorney Nicholas A. Quinn. A December 4, 2013 court date is pending before District Judge Casimir Kosciolek in Lansford. Lansford is 37 miles northwest of Allentown, PA, in Carbon County, PA, and has a population of about 3,900.
