More On New Mexico Police-Involved Fatal Shootings

The Albuquerque, New Mexico Police Chief, Ray Schultz, announced his retirement on Friday, March 15, 20013.  Unfortunately, for many residents, and the families of 18 dead citizens, it took the U.S. Department of Justice's civil rights investigation to finally end Schultz's scandal-scared 8 years as the head of New Mexico's largest police department.
