Falsely Imprisoned Man Files Second Lawsuit
The Tulsa World reports that wrongly convicted Larry Barnes, who was released from federal prison in 2009, has filed a 2nd lawsuit against members of law enforcement in Tulsa, Oklahoma. World Staff writer Jarrel Wade has been closely following the corruption scandal and reports in his August 25, 2012 article, Freed prisoner files 2nd lawsuit, that Mr. Barnes was one of 46 people who have either been released from prison or had their cases adjusted because of the corruption. One ATF agent, Brandon McFadden, testified to falsifying a drug buy with Larry Barnes and was himself sent to prison for twenty-one months. CLICK HERE TO READ THE FULL STORY
