Two officers, Andrew Collins and Bernard Hall, served time in federal prison for planting drugs on innocent citizens. Former-cop Collins was sentenced to three years for possession of crack cocaine, and former-officer Hall served 30 months for conspiracy to violate civil rights. And the fallout continues…..
The Benton Harbor, Indiana police drug-setup scandal included countless fake police reports, drugs found in cop's lockers, and allegations that that Benton Harbor officials encouraged the wrongdoings by offering financial rewards.
The latest lawsuit, by three men who said they too were set-up, is set for trial on December 3, 2013.

We have the same problem in Nacogdoches Texas the law corruption is overwhelming in the community may are now about the money and not so much about the justice were do you start a investigation of a corrupt law enforcement we are not a big town compared to so numerous false arrests daily and your civil rights are being trampled in every way were does a person go when it's happening in you community many my deny it but it's there I know my right like many others just would like to see things done in the manner it should not all are corrupt but many are all the way to the courts rooms many people sit back and will not talk about it but Nacogdoches is all closely tied together and needs to be cleaned up as many other towns I'm sure
