WHEC.com - January 4, 2012
A New York State Trooper is under arrest after breaking into a Utica home on New Year's Eve and attacking a man who was living there.
Authorities say 31-year-old Jesse Miller was charged yesterday with criminal trespass and assault. He was off-duty when he broke through the front door of the house.
Miller then got into a fight with the man inside the home. The man hit Miller in the head with a hammer and Miller bit the man. The fight continued outside, where police found the two.
