Three cheers for Detroit Police Lt. Joseph Tiseo who reported the lawless law enforcement billing! And another three cheers for Sgt. Joseph Abdella, a former homicide investigator, who filed a whistle-blower lawsuit in November of 2014 after he was retaliated against for reporting overtime fraud.
One officer, Sgt. Erik Eide, has already been suspended without pay after being accused of overtime fraud.
