Chattanooga police detective Karl Fields pled the Fifth Amendment over 15 times during a murder trial, but the questions had nothing to do with the murder, they involved his own personal problems.
A rape victim has alleged that the lead investigator in her rape case, Karl Fields, sexually attacked her, harassed and stalked her- one day calling her over 70 times. Detective Fields allegedly told the rape victim that he was physically attracted to her; now he's on administrative leave. MORE....
