Daniel San Diego was a California resident, and is believed to be on the move…..

In October of 2003, he was described as a light-complexioned white male, 6’0” tall, 160 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes. He had/has several tattoos, to include a round image of burning hillsides in the center of his chest with the words “It only takes a spark” printed in a semicircle below; burning and collapsing buildings on the sides of his abdomen and back; and a single leafless tree rising from a road in the center of his lower back. (These tattoos may have been removed, altered, or covered with new tattoos.)  Daniel  knows sailing, is computer savvy, and is most likely a Vegan or Vegetarian.
