While holiday activity was in full force in December, Washington, D.C. police officer Linwood Barnhill, Jr. was charged with two counts of pandering a minor for the purpose of prostitution. The charges followed the apparent suicide of Marc Washington, a 7-year police veteran, and who had been arrested for taking pictures of a semi-naked 15-year-old runaway.
