One police officer, Jeff Henderson, had been convicted of six counts of perjury and two counts of civil rights violations. Henderson spent nearly 4 years in prison, and was released in 2013.
One troubling issue, though, remains: did the presiding judge- and the appellate court- completely ignore alleged jury tampering........
