Trial Starts for Cop Who Robbed Motorist During Traffic Stops
Three counts of official misconduct against suspended Indianapolis police officer David Butler are before a jury for a second time.
Prosecutor John Kieffner is reported to have accused Butler of abusing his power and his badge to serve himself instead of serving the public.
