Former Cop Sentenced for Falsifying Speed Camera Data
A 22-year veteran of the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department, David Cephas, has pled guilty, and avoided jail, in a plea deal, according to The Washington Times, "Former officer sentenced to probation for falsifying logs" by Andrea Noble (August 30, 2012)
